Introducing Answer Trust Score

Trust score represents how trustworthy the answer is based on the source diversity, citation coverage, source notability and other factors. The trust score ranges from 0 to 100 where 0 is the lowest and 100 is the highest.

We consider a trust score above 70 to be reliable. A score below 40 is considered unreliable. A score between 40 and 70 is considered neutral.

Just because an answer has a high trust score does not mean it is correct. It means that the answer is well-sourced and has a high probability of being correct.

Similarly a low trust score does not mean the answer is incorrect. It means that the answer is not well-sourced and may be incorrect.
